As part of their long-term investment strategy in Parker, Colo., real estate development and investment company, Brinkman, acquired a flagship hospitality asset last week. In partnership with Utah-based developer Colmena Group, the companies purchased the 66,641-square-foot SpringHill Suites by Marriott located off North Pine Lane and Silverado Drive. The upscale hotel features a breakfast dining area, 356 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, lobby workstation, market pantry and guest laundry area.

The SpringHill Suites is a Classic Select brand in the Marriott portfolio and consistently ranks among the top Marriott brands in guest satisfaction and has won numerous J.D. Power awards for service. This particular SpringHill Suites is comprised of 108 guest rooms.

The hotel is less than one mile from the E-470/Parker Road interchange making it well positioned in the southeast submarket of Metro Denver to capitalize on the ongoing growth and expansion of the area. Heading north on E-470 from the subject site, commuters have an advantageous route to the Denver International Airport, less than 30 miles away, and with the ability to bypass the majority of Denver traffic.
