Saturday, January 04, 2020
Parker Adventist Hospital will soon break ground on a four-story medical office building, which will be soon be used for internal medicine; OB/GYN; ear, nose and throat; and expanded medical oncology offices.
The building is projected to finish construction in 2021. The building will break ground as soon as the hospital obtains the final building permits from the town.
The new medical office building will be the first on Parker Adventist’s campus solely owned by the hospital. Mike Goebel, CEO of Parker Adventist, said it will be an opportunity to consolidate some of the existing medical practices and provide room for expansion.
“We want to grow with the market,” Goebel said. For internal medicine, OB/GYN and ear, nose and throat practices, “it is an opportunity to provide space that is more suited to those practices.”
